Authority Outdoors is an outdoor lifestyle blog founded by Nathan Powell. Growing up camping, mountain biking and bass fishing in Georgia lakes, Nathan developed a passion for all things outdoors. Authority Outdoors wants to help readers expand their knowledge in hunting, fishing and conservation.

Nathan grew up immersed in the hunting and fishing culture of rural Georgia. His childhood adventures of solo fishing trips taught him patience and perseverance. As he continues to grow his outdoor skills, he shares stories, tips and insights in hopes of helping others build their knowledge and authority of the great outdoors.

Jake spent his early years in the eastern TN woods deer hunting. His entire life he has been immersed in the local hunting culture. Jake is a staff writer for Authority Outdoors, where he shares his lifelong deer hunting expertise and passion for conservation.
